Keith A. Moskowitz, Ph.D. and MPM, has had a long career creating products and drugs in both the medical device and diagnostic fields across a number of therapeutic categories, such as cancer, hematology, chronic and infectious disease. As a result, as Senior Transaction Adviser, he is providing insight and guidance on the origination, analysis and completion of transactions in these fields that are undertaken by Ferghana. Keith has worked as a Principal Scientist, Project Leader, Head of R&D, Director of Product Development, VP of Strategic Planning and Management, as well as VP of Discovery Research, Director of Scientific Research and Technology Development for a number of companies, such as Accumetrics, Xylum, Coagulation Diagnostics, Adlyfe, SeraCare Life Sciences, Traumacure, Cook Medical – Endoscopy, Biomarker Strategies, Becton Dickinson Diagnostics (pre-analytical systems), PTS Diagnostics, and Cellphire Therapeutics.

Along the way, Keith gained substantial expertise in the assessment of Intellectual Property not only to guide the evolution of the drugs/technology in his remit, but also to judge the IP position of potential competitors.

Keith holds 18 issued patents of his own and is a member of a number of professional societies. He received a BS in Biochemistry from Rutgers and a PhD in Biochemistry from Temple University School of Medicine. In post-Doctoral programs, Keith obtained a Fellowship from the American Academy of Project Management and a Post-Doctorate research position in the Coller Lab at Mount Sinai Medical Center. “

Lacarya graduated from Princeton University with an A.B. in Molecular Biology/ Biophysics. Lacarya also completed an M.S. in Biology at NYU, with a research focus in Biological Chemistry, an M.S. in Engineering Biotechnology at University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in Finance at The Wharton School.
